ARES is a men's apparel and lifestyle brand operated by Ares Collective LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Hampshire, United States.

3. Products & pricing

We aim to display products, colors, and specifications accurately, but variations may occur. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, resale, or violation of these Terms.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & returns

All content on this site — including the ARES name, wordmark, spearhead mark, product designs, photography, and copy — is the property of Ares Collective LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe on any rights, transmit malware, scrape data in bulk, or interfere with site operation.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARES disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ares Collective LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
