Shipping Policy

This policy explains how ARES (a division of Ares Collective LLC) fulfills and ships orders placed on this site.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard (3–5 business days): $8 flat rate
- Expedited (2 business days): $18 flat rate
- Complimentary Standard shipping on orders over $150 (pre-tax, after discounts)
We ship to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
International shipping
International orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery windows range from 7–15 business days. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact hello@arescollective.co within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim on your behalf. Packages damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge with photo evidence.
Address changes
If you need to change a shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot reroute it.
