Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every piece we make. If a product isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Final-sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return.
• Caps and grooming items sealed for hygiene are non-returnable once opened.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@arescollective.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll email a prepaid return label within one business day (U.S. orders).
3. Drop the package at any USPS location. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received and inspected at our warehouse. A $6 return-shipping fee is deducted from U.S. refunds unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).

Exchanges

Need a different size? We'll ship the replacement as soon as your return scans into the carrier network. Exchanges ship free of charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item and cover all return shipping at no cost to you.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable.
